Not only will you leave your worries behind (and unload your bags earlier), you will be assured of a fast and reliable transfer on the KLIA Ekspres train from KL Sentral to the airport.

All you need is a valid KLIA Ekspres or KLIA Transit ticket.   

How It Works

Step 1

Proceed to the KLIA Ekspres Departure Hall, located within the KL City Air Terminal (KL CAT) at KL Sentral Station.

Step 2

Get your bags scanned at the x-ray baggage scanner first before heading to the airline check-in counter.

Step 3

Check in for your flight and collect your boarding pass at KL Sentral - it's fast and easy. If you have already checked in online, simply drop off your bags at the check-in counter.

Step 4

Your bags will be tagged to your destination and automatically transferred to your flight at KLIA.
COVID-19 Important Notice:
Flight Check-in Service at KL City Air Terminal (KL CAT) is suspended at the moment due to the current Movement Control Order.
You need to have a valid KLIA Ekspres or KLIA Transit train ticket before you can access the flight check-in area.
For international flights, you are required to check in at least 2 hours before flight departure. For domestic flights without checked luggage, you are required to check in at least 1½ hours before flight departure.

You can check in early, as long as you check in on the same day as your flight departure date. Please contact your airline for more information.
Flight check-in facility is only available at KL Sentral. There is no check-in facility at any of the KLIA Transit intermediate stations. KLIA Transit passengers at the intermediate stations are required to check in upon arrival at the airport.
KL CAT, and KL Sentral Station in general, offer travellers a good selection of services and facilities including foreign exchange, auto teller machines, luggage storage, F&B outlets, telco and convenience stores.
